Specialities

The windows were replaced, as was the front door. the house was fully insulated from the inside, with 12 cm of stone wool on the walls, 18 cm of stone wool under the attics and 6 cm of XPS on the floors. Windows and front door were replaced. All walls were plastered in 1.5 Marmoran and painted in two coats, the bathroom was completely refurbished and a new roof was installed.
