Situation

The church is dedicated to Saint James. The polygonal choir (late 15th century) backs onto the bell tower. The sanctuary features remarkable stained-glass windows by Hans Stocker. Hans Stocker, whose real name was Johannes Emil Stocker, was born in Basel in 1896.
In the family-run Couronne restaurant, handed down from generation to generation, you'll enjoy home-style and local cuisine, with the undisputed specialty of fried carp and, of course, during the St. Martin period, the famous menu that's known all the way to the federal palace
