Construction

The production of heating and hot water is carried out by a gas boiler. This type of production is economical and requires little maintenance such as sweeping. Particular attention is paid to the thermal and sound insulation of the building. In fact, in order to reduce heating costs, the SIA 380/1 standard which came into force on January 1, 2004 is fully respected, namely: • peripheral insulation of walls with a thickness of 20 cm. MARMORAN Lambda Light system; • insulation on the flat roof in expanded polystyrene PUR Alu with a thickness of 14 cm; • insulation of the ground floor in polyurethane of 8 cm + polystyrene of 3 cm / phonic; • floor insulation of polyurethane floors of 4 cm + polystyrene of 2 cm / soundproof. • attic insulation, identical to the floors. All these U values are in compliance with the SIA 380/1 (2004) standard. The sound insulation between the apartments and the stairwell is also treated according to standard SIA 181 (2004).
